Our Director
Josh graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws in 2015. He has over 12 years experience in the private lending sector, originally with Elliott May Lawyers before commencing with Blue Streak in 2018.
Josh oversees the team and works closely with key stakeholders to ensure Blue Streak consistently delivers solutions for its borrowers.

Michaela joined Blue Streak Capital in 2021, bringing extensive experience in administration and paralegal work. With a strong focus on mortgage finance, she has developed expertise in document preparation, due diligence inquiries, and facilitating loan originations through to settlement.

At Blue Streak, Michaela plays a key role in marketing and customer relations, ensuring a seamless experience for brokers, borrowers, and funders. She leads our marketing initiatives, working closely with finance brokers and industry stakeholders to enhance brand presence and build strong, lasting relationships across the sector.

Tom has an MBA in Finance and a background in financial advice, assisting clients with their investment goals and managing ongoing relationships while providing continual support in the review and expansion of their portfolio. Through this role, Tom gained experience with property investment, mortgage finance, research and wealth management.

Having joined Blue Streak as a Business Development Manager, Tom has assisted with managing key stakeholder relationships, including clients, brokers, legal staff and valuers. Through his analytical, financial and relationship development experience, Tom helps to provide due diligence on all funding scenarios, using his personal relationship skills to facilitate business growth and manage our business network.

Kai graduated from the University of Queensland in 2024 with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in International Business. With a strong foundation in client engagement and a background in sales, Kai brings a customer-centric approach to the private lending sector. Known for keen attention to detail and a passion for financial systems, Kai has a particular interest in the intersection of finance and law, especially within the dynamic landscape of private lending.
Since joining Blue Streak, Kai has leveraged commercial experience and relationship management skills to coordinate and streamline the collection of pre-settlement items. Additionally, Kai has contributed to the development of tailored lending solutions by conducting due diligence, organizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and performing targeted market research.

Anton holds a Diploma in Information Technology and brings a unique blend of technical expertise and financial acumen to the lending industry.
During his six years as a programmer, he developed a strong foundation in systems design and process automation, skills that he now applies to revolutionize loan processing workflows. Since transitioning into finance, Anton has distinguished himself as an innovative Loan Officer who bridges the gap between traditional lending and financial technology.
His dual expertise allows him to streamline complex lending processes into simple, efficient solutions. As a team leader, he focuses on modernizing loan operations through strategic automation and systems optimization, consistently improving both team productivity and client experience.

With a bachelor’s degree in business and a background covering sales, marketing, and client engagement across the telecommunications, construction, and aviation industries, Yorke brings strong communication and operational support skills to his role.
Since joining Blue Streak Capital, he has supported the progression of loan transactions, facilitated key relationships with brokers, real estate agents, legal professionals, and valuers, and contributed to the efficiency of internal processes. His previous experience in marketing and customer service has equipped him to help grow the business network while delivering tailored, seamless lending solutions.
This combination of business acumen and client-centric experience enables Yorke to strengthen lending partnerships and ensure a smooth experience for stakeholders. Outside of work, he is actively involved in local community volunteering, driven by a passion for connection and creating a positive impact beyond the workplace.

Tyron graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Double Degree in Economics and Commerce and holds a Chartered Accountant qualification. His professional career commenced at Macquarie Bank with experience in various roles across banking and financial services.
Tyron joined Blue Streak in 2023 as a Business Development Manager.
